Refund, Replacement & Return Policy

At Cake Decor Planet, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, due to the nature of our products—including edible items, food-related tools, cake decorations, and fragile décor accessories—we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Personal preference

Once an order is delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable.

2. No Exchanges

Product exchanges are not permitted, including for:

• Color variations

• Size differences

• Product variants

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

Although returns are not accepted, we will help you if:

• The product arrives severely damaged, or

• You receive the wrong product

To request assistance:

• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos of:

  • Product

  • Packaging

  • Outer courier box

Our team will investigate and decide on a replacement or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Credit Time Frame (If Approved)

In cases where a refund is approved (partial or full):

• Refund will be processed as store credit or original payment method, depending on the situation

• Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect

• Bank delays may extend the time frame up to 10 working days

We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

5. Replacement Delivery Time Frame (If Approved)

If your case qualifies for a replacement:

• Replacement processing time: 1–2 business days after approval

• Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier partner timelines

• Tracking details will be provided once dispatched

Please note: Replacement availability depends on product stock availability.

6. Non-Eligibility for Replacement

We cannot offer replacements if:

• Damage occurs after delivery

• Packaging is discarded before reporting the issue

• Incorrect shipping address was provided

• You fail to accept or collect the package, causing damage or return

7. Responsibility

Cake Decor Planet is not responsible for:

• Minor transit scratches

• Light dents on outer packaging

• Slight color or size variations due to lighting or manufacturing

• Issues that do not affect product usability
